How to download and install the program?
Download the installation file into a temporary directory
(folder)
and double click the setup.exe file (Herbs.exe for example).
Note:
The installation file and the program file may both have the same
name (Herbs.exe for example) and can be mixed up.
Create a temporary folder which will contain your downloaded setup file:
1. Click Start
2. Click Programs 
3. Click Windows Explorer
4. Click File in the upper left corner
5. Click New and click Folder
The result will be a folder called New Folder 
6. Rename Folder 
(tip: if you call it 111 or AAA the folder will be the first one at the top
of the list)
This completes setting up a folder for your download files.
1. Go to the file you want to download
2. Click the file to initiate
downloading
(Herbs.exe
for example) 
3. The following screen will pop up:
4. Click the OK button shown above
5. The following screen will appear
6. Here you can change or accept the File name (Herbs.exe) and you can choose the destination folder by double clicking the folder of choice (AAA for example).
This will result in the following screen:
7. Next click Save as shown above and downloading will start
This completes your action required for downloading a file
Installing
a program file
(Herbs.exe for example)
1. Click Start 
2. Click Programs 
3. Click Windows Explorer
4. Click on your installation folder (AAA for example)
5. Locate your downloaded installation file on the right
(Herbs.exe for example)
6. Start the installation process by double clicking the
installation file
(Herbs.exe for example).
This completes the installation process
Note:
Most installations may place temporary files into your Windows\temp
folder.
You may want to delete these files to recover space
on your hard drive.
1. Click Start 
2. Click Programs 
3. Click Name of program
(In this case clicking NaturalHealing opens the
programs Homeopathy and NaturalHealingIntroduction. In our example you would click Herbs
to start the program)
This completes your actions to start the program
